Our head Chef attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. This provided opportunities to work in restaurants in New Orleans and in Park City, Utah during the Winter Olympics. Our chef moved to Kansas City to start a family and pursue his culinary career. He quickly moved his way up working at Lydia's & Milano in Crown Center. Upon gaining more experience, he became the Executive Chef at Sprint Center where he remained until 2017. He has brought his years of experience and knowledge here, at Brancato's. We trust you will taste the Brancato's Fresh + Flavorful difference.
