Ordering and Cancellation Policies

Our business office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
You may place your order through our online menu portal or you are welcome to call our office during business house at 816-765-4707.
Food can be ready to eat or ready to warm up.
Delivery Monday - Friday Min order $300.00 + $30 Delivery Charge ( most KC metro area ) Outside Metro area - additional
Pickup Monday - Saturday. Min order $300.00
For orders Saturday - Sunday, please contact our office and a representative will assist you.
We will arrive 15-30 minutes before the event time you provide for us.

Delivery charges may increase based on location. When ordering, please allow 24-hour notice.At 12:00 noon, all orders for the next day are final. If an order is cancelled after noon, you will be charged 50% of the total order.On the date of your delivery, orders can’t be cancelled. If you decide to not accept the order, you will be charged 100% of the order.On date of your delivery, the total number of people can’t be reduced. All food prepared will be delivered. You can increase the number of people for your event up to 4 hours prior to delivery.When ordering, please note the event time you give us is when you want to serve your guests.
